5400 square metres per floor. We have assumed that 70% of the floors will be for bedroom/suite accommodation (3780) - the other 30% being for access corridors, service rooms, etc. There are 5 floors of which the ground will be public area with no bedrooms.
All of the accommodation will be of the very best quality. This will be one of the most prestigious hotels in Turkey hence the large size of the rooms. The suites on the top floor will be particularly comprised of several rooms.
The top floor (4th) will be for large suites. 92sq m each = 41
The third floor (3rd) will be for large rooms. 65sq m each = 58
The second floor (2nd) will be for large rooms. 46sq m each = 82
The first floor (1st) will be for large rooms. 46sq m each = 82
